Capacity a prospect can underwrite.

These notes follow the City’s infrastructure page. Rate schedules go stale. Publish the capacities, and hand the current tariff over in the meeting.

SystemWhat the City has published
Electric Cushing Municipal Authority, a public trust. 12.5 kV dual-feed distribution is described as available on site for prospects the City has briefed. Rates are described as typically 25 percent below the national average, in a band of about 5.85 to 7 cents per kWh depending on load. Confirm the live tariff.
Natural gas CenterPoint Energy is the provider named by the City.
Water System capacity of 3,000,000 gallons per day, with about 2,000,000 gallons per day described as surplus for industrial use. The City says it strives to hold 8.0 pH. Consumer confidence reports are available.
Sewer Treatment capacity published at 1.6 million gallons per day.
Highways US-33 and SH-18. US-33 is two lanes from Cushing to Perkins, and two lanes with truck passing lanes from Drumright to I-44. A current project is widening US-33 to four lanes from Perkins to I-35. Regional access continues toward I-35, I-44, and I-40.
Air Cushing Municipal Airport (CUH) in town. Tulsa International about 58 miles. Stillwater Regional about 29 miles.

The City’s page also lists 2019–2020 commercial water and sewer base rates. Those are old enough that this mockup does not repeat them as if they were current. Ask CMA for the sheet you want a prospect to keep.
